Kolkata, Auto Desk: Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer Kawasaki has recently launched its teaser of the 2021 Ninja 300 BS6 sports bike in India with an initial Ex-Showroom show price of Rs 3.18 lakh, which is Rs 20,000/- more than its previous BS4 model. Now, the Kawasaki company has finally launched its much-awaited sports bike Ninja 300 BS6 in India.
The two-wheeler company, Kawasaki discontinued this Ninja motorcycle in December-2019 after the new fuel emission norms came into force in the country from April-2020. The company’s bike will now meet BS6 standards in India with some minor cosmetic changes. According to the latest reports, the Ninja 300 BS6 has also started reaching dealers across the country. Recently one of the favorite bikes among racing enthusiasts, the Ninja 300 has been spotted at one of the company’s showrooms.

Kawasaki Ninja 300 Engine:
Talking about the engine of Kawasaki Ninja 300, the 2021 Ninja 300 includes only the old motorcycle engine which is now in conformity with BS6 emission norms. The biggest change in the updated 2021 Ninja 300 has been made in its engine. The bike has been updated with Euro 6 / BS-6 fuel emission standards.
The new Ninja 300 has a parallel twin liquid-cooled engine of 296cc capable of generating maximum power of 38.4 bhp at 11,000 rpm and a peak torque of 27 Nm at 10,000 rpm. This engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox that comes with an assist and a slipper clutch.
Kawasaki Ninja 300 Features:
Many of the Kawasaki lineup bikes are preferred in India. If you talk about features that have been included in the new 2021 Ninja 300, then it has a semi-digital instrument cluster, a conventional bulb-type headlamp and blinker, and an LED tail lamp. Along with this, the motorcycle includes 17-inch alloy wheels, a 37 mm telescopic front fork, and a mono-shock suspension at the rear. In terms of safety, you have been given disc brakes in the front and rear of the bike. Not only this, dual-channel ABS has also been included in the motorcycle for extra safety.
Suspension, Breaks, and Chassis:
Kawasaki has used a tubular frame in this bike, which gives a better balance to the bike and gives more strength. Its total weight is 179 kg. It has a 17-liter fuel tank. The BS6 version of the Kawasaki Ninja 300 offers MRF tires and conventional telescopic fork suspension. For safety, this bike has a 290mm single disc brake in the front and a 220mm disc brake in the rear.

Kawasaki Ninja 300 New Color Options:
The 2021 Kawasaki Ninja 300 features three color variant options – Lime Green, Candy Lime Green, and Ebony Dual-Tone and a full black paint scheme. Except for Colors, no other changes have been made to the design and look of the motorcycle. The design and features are similar to the old motorcycles. These include twin-pod headlamps, fairing integrated front blinkers, muscular fuel tanks, split-style seats with chrome heat shield, and exhaust as before.
Cost:
The updated 2021 Ninja 300 BS6 sports bike has been launched in India with an ex-showroom price of Rs 3.18 lakh. The company upraises the price of the new BS6 Ninja 300, about Rs 20,000/- more than its previous BS4 variant.
Delivery will start soon:
