Royal Enfield’s new CEO Vinod Dasari appointed

Kolkata, Auto Desk: Royal Enfield has appointed Vinod Dasari as its new CEO. Dasari will join the board of Eicher Motors Limited as Executive Director. He will replace Siddhartha Lal and take charge of new CEO positions and will be Managing Director of Siddhartha Lal Royal Enfield. Prior to his new role as CEO in Royal Enfield, Vinod Dasari was the MD and CEO of Ashok Leyland since 2011. He was in various leadership positions of Cummins India Limited and Timken Company. He started his career with General Electric in 1986.

Eicher Motors Company appointed Vinod Dasari as the new Chief Executive Officer of Royal Enfield. He will replace Siddhartha Lal and become the new CEO of Royal Enfield, and who will be the company’s MD. Prior to joining Royal Enfield, Vinod Dasari was the CEO and MD of Ashok Leyland since 2011.

Vinod Dasari was the President of the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) from 2015 to 2017 and has been the President of the Automobile Research Association (ARAI) of India from 2013 to 2015. Prior to joining Royal Enfield, he was the CEO and Managing Director of Ashok Leyland since 2011, and in 2005 he joined Ashok Leyland as Chief Operating Officer.
